Senior and Founding Therapist, Tracy Aguilar, LCSW

Tracy Aguilar, LCSW is a psychotherapist who received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Tracy subsequently became a licensed clinical social worker and has worked over two decades with adults, couples, adolescents, children and families in a variety of settings. Her ultimate mission is to help people unlock their potential and work toward being the best they can be. She feels that everyone deserves to thrive in life, not just exist.

Through a tremendous spectrum of diverse experience, Tracy has worked with many life issues and situations. She understands that each person and their experience is unique. Her mission is to understand this uniqueness and use it toward finding answers and reaching goals.

Commitment to Community Advancement and Education

Ms. Aguilar has provided lectures and seminars for several Universities as well as community and non profit agencies on a variety of topics.  She has worked educating as a field instructor for graduate level social work programs for USC, UCLA and California State University Los Angeles. She is also proud to have provided clinical supervision for numerous aspiring therapists, successfully aiding them in obtaining their own clinical license. She mentors other therapists and provides consultation when needed.
